Cookies are small blocks of data, that are stored in your web browser. Multiple cookies can be stored in your browser during a session.

1.b Why use cookies?

Cookies can be used for analytics/tracking, loading assets from CDN (such as javascript, css and fonts), login sessions and personalization of the website, e.g. remembering what pop-ups a user has already seen or user settings.

2. Data storage

2.a Web hosting

This website is hosted on Oderland and the source code is version controlled on GitHub.

2b. Contact form submissions

We use a service called Postmark to send transactional e-mails through our contact form. When submitting data through our contact form, you agree that your submitted data is being sent and stored on Postmark’s servers. However, we will never share your data with any other party and we will only get back to you regarding your initial request to contact us. 2.c Newsletter form signups

When signing up for our newsletter, we save your contact information in a mailing list on Mailchimp and we will only contact you in future newsletters. We won’t distribute your data to any other party. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of our emails. We use Mailchimp as our marketing platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing. Learn more about Mailchimp’s privacy practices here.

2.d Web traffic and encryption

All data is transfered over a secure and encrypted connection. Our TLS certificate is provided by Let’s Encrypt and Oderland is handling the generation and auto renewal.
